Loopo for Christmas — the most popular indoor climbing frames and the accessories that go with them
In the run-up to Christmas, one question reaches us more often than any other: which Loopo playset should we choose? The honest answer depends on the child, the room and the budget. A good starting point, though, is what other families have chosen. So here are the five playsets ordered most often since January 2026, the accessories we recommend with them, and the situation in which a gift card is the better choice.
In short: if you have plenty of wall space and want something that lasts, take the Combo. If you are starting with a small room, the Swing is a good choice. And if you would rather let the parents choose, give a gift card.
The most popular Loopo playsets of 2026
The ranking is based on the number of playsets sold from 1 January to early October 2026, across all countries we deliver to.
No. 1: Loopo Combo 9in1
The Loopo Combo combines two of our playsets, the Mini Gym and the Cliff: wall bars with a pull-up bar and a climbing overhang. Together they make up to nine setups. It is the playset for families who don't want to buy something new again in a year, because it grows with the child from the first pull-up to climbing hand over hand along the overhang. The H1 supports are already included.
No. 2: Loopo Cliff 7in1
The highlight of the Loopo Cliff is the climbing overhang, where children train strength, agility and courage. The playset can be built in seven setups, from a small Pikler triangle through bridges and trapezes to the overhang. A good choice when your child already climbs confidently and is looking for a real challenge.
No. 3: Loopo Swing 3in1
The Loopo Swing is our most compact playset. It stands as a Pikler triangle for first climbing attempts, or it is mounted on the wall and, with the included swing, becomes a swinging station. Well suited to smaller rooms and as a starting point that can be extended later. Important: without reinforcement, the swing holds up to 15 kg — more on this in the accessories section below.
No. 4: Loopo Mini Gym 5in1
The Loopo Mini Gym is a set of wall bars with a pull-up bar that can be built in five setups — a large and a small Pikler triangle, wall bars, a tall ladder and a climbing ladder with a trapeze. It is a solid foundation you can extend step by step with more Loopo parts. Here too, the H1 supports are already included.
No. 5: Loopo Universe 40in1
The Loopo Universe is our largest playset: two swings, a double slide and up to 40 setups. It needs space, but in return it turns a whole room into a home playground — especially worthwhile when siblings play together.

Accessories: small gifts with a big effect
If a Loopo playset is already at home, an accessory is often a better gift than another toy. It brings new movement to a frame the child already knows.
- H1 supports — a must-have for the Swing. They reinforce the pull-up bar and raise its load capacity from 15 kg to 100 kg. According to the assembly manual, you also need them if you want to hang a swing or gymnastic rings from the pull-up bar. The Combo and the Mini Gym already include them — so don't buy them twice there.
- Poma swing and Classic swing — for lots of fun. The Poma is a round seat on a rope for children from three years, the Classic a traditional swing seat that can be used in two ways. Both train balance and coordination along the way and can also be hung up without a Loopo playset.
- Gymnastic rings — for little gymnasts. For swinging, pulling up and hanging. They strengthen the core and upper body, but belong in children's hands only under supervision — rings are not a toy.
- Slide — one of the most popular accessories. A slide and an inclined plane in one: children slide down, crawl up or practise walking uphill and downhill. Several slides can be connected.
The gift card — when the parents should choose

Which Loopo playset is bought most often?
Since January 2026, the Loopo Combo 9in1 has been our best-selling playset, followed by the Loopo Cliff, Loopo Swing, Loopo Mini Gym and Loopo Universe.
Do I need the H1 supports?
They are already included with the Loopo Combo and the Loopo Mini Gym. With the Loopo Swing, the H1 supports with 35 screws raise the load capacity of the pull-up bar from 15 kg to 100 kg — you need them as soon as your child weighs more than 15 kg.
Can I extend a Loopo playset later?
Yes. All Loopo playsets are modular. You can buy individual parts or accessories such as swings, rings or a slide later and rebuild the frame as your child grows.
How long is the gift card valid?
Four years from the date of purchase. It arrives instantly by email, is valid for the entire range, any remaining balance is kept and several gift cards can be combined.
From what age are Loopo climbing frames suitable?
Our Loopo playsets are approved from 10 months and tested to EN 71-1 and EN 71-8. Larger setups with an overhang or a trapeze are more interesting for older children because they offer more height and challenge.
