Loopo SWING is a compact, modular Loopo Playset that brings dynamic play both on the ground and in the air. Simply assemble it into a Pikler triangle for first climbing attempts, or attach the Montessori triangle to the wall and transform it into a swing. Simple, versatile, yet providing a lot of fun. The set includes everything necessary, including wall connectors and the swing itself. Thanks to its versatility and compact dimensions, it is suitable even for smaller spaces and will bring children hours of active joy – whether they are climbing, swinging, or combining both options!

The swing has a maximum weight limit of 15 kg, and the Pikler triangle up to 180 kg.

To increase the swing's weight capacity to 100 kg, please use H1 braces with 35 screws.

Our products are made of natural materials, without chemical treatment or varnishes. Clean them with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaners or abrasive sponges that may damage the surface. When cleaning spilled liquids, wipe them off as quickly as possible, as beech is prone to absorbing water. Scratches or colors from pens or markers can be removed by gently sanding the surface with sandpaper (grit 180–240) in the direction of the grain.

What are the two configurations of the Loopo Swing?

The Swing has two setups built from the same parts. The first is a Pikler triangle that stands freely on the floor — perfect for climbing. The second is a swinging frame, created by mounting the same triangle onto the wall. Both use the same components; the difference is simply how you place them. Two playsets in one, with no extra parts needed.

How much weight can the Swing hold? Can a parent use it too?

It depends on the configuration. As a Pikler triangle, it holds up to 180 kg — easily enough for an adult to join in. When mounted on the wall as a swinging frame, the load capacity is 15 kg, intended for small children only. You can increase this to 100 kg by adding Support Brace H1, which makes it strong enough for a parent to swing alongside their child.

How much room do I need for the Swing, including space for swinging?

Allow at least 1 metre of clear space both in front of and behind the swing so your child does not swing into furniture or a wall. As a general rule, a room at least 3 metres deep works well. The exact dimensions are listed on the product page — it is always a good idea to measure your space beforehand.

Is the swing safe for very young children under 2?

For children under 2 or those who cannot yet sit independently, a parent should always be right there with them. The swing seat is designed for children who can already sit upright on their own. With younger children, close supervision during swinging is essential — stay within arm's reach and enjoy the moment together.

Can I combine the Swing with other Loopo playsets or expand it later?

The Swing shares the same connection system as all Loopo playsets, so it can be combined with the rest of the range. In practice, many families use the Swing as a standalone piece alongside a separate climbing playset, since swinging needs clear space around it. If you are planning to add another set, just choose a room large enough for both — the result is a wonderful indoor playground for children.

Does a slide fit the Swing?

A slide works in the Pikler triangle configuration, but not in the wall-mounted swinging frame setup. If a slide combination is what you are looking for as a main feature, take a look at the Loopo Cliff 6in1 or Loopo Combo 9in1.

Is the Swing made entirely from wood, or does it contain plastic parts?

The entire frame and swing seat are made from FSC-certified solid beech wood — no plastic parts, no varnishes, no chemical coatings. Only natural materials, completely safe for young children.

What warranty comes with the Swing, and what if the swing suspension gets damaged?

The Swing carries a 2-year warranty; after registration, the warranty extends to 5 years. The swing suspension is one of the parts we supply as replacements on request — no need to return the whole playset. A 30-day money-back guarantee also applies.
